and Program Info
Long-time
Mid-Columbia radio personality Randy Haines hosts the
KACI-FM morning show each weekday morning from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Randy has been heard on a number of different Mid-Columbia stations
for nearly two decades, and brings his own mix of entertainment
and community information to the morning program. He's also
well known for operating his own entertainment production company,
putting on the annual Neon Nights Classic Weekend concert for
the past 15 years. Haines also is the program manager at The
Dalles Civic Auditorium. |
J.J.
McKay brightens the morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and gives
listeners a charge during their busy day as she talks about
everyday life events in a fun, upbeat manner. As an aspiring
actress in college, J.J. realized that theater would be a rather
unstable career, so she went with her second love in the entertaining
business -- radio. When JJ's not working she enjoys family,
friends, sports and spirit-filled activities |
Dennis
Harrington is on from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is host of
the "Happy Hour" and "Sixty Minutes of the Sixties" - a solid
hour of music from Rock & Rolls greatest decade. Dennis offers
some interesting insights on everyday events for commuters heading
home from work with Good Time Oldies. Dennis has worked in markets
of all sizes including legendary top 40 KAAY in Little Rock
and at Denver's Oldies KOOL 105. |
Dave
Sanders has a gift for creating "theater of the mind." At
"Dave's Diner," there's a crew of regulars: Officer Mahoney
who guards the pastry racks; Earlene the sassy waitress and
the cook, Sal from Manila. To set the mood, Dave plays jukebox
classics. He has worked in a variety of formats and is also
a frequently heard voice on regional and national commercials. |
Everything
about Gary Outlaw's show is authentic, including his
name! Gary plays romantic requests and dedications during his
popular feature "Backseat Oldies" for his faithful late-night
audience. Other features include "The Collectors Cabinet" from
which Gary plays forgotten 45's. Gary has worked both as a radio
personality and reporter in markets such as Detroit, Kalamazoo,
Toledo and Denver. |
Greg
LeBlanc was born oh so many years ago in Bend, Oregon and
has been in radio over 25 years. Formerly with Q104, The Dalles,
KGRL Bend, and KPNW Eugene, he now provides the news on Good
Times Oldies 97.7 throughout the day. Greg is a devout Moose
member in The Dalles, and along with a love of theater, Greg
keeps us on the air in The Dalles as our operations manager
for the stations based in The Dalles. |
